Our Philosophy

Simple Excellence

The Academy of Gymnastics & Dance has a women’s competitive gymnastics team; Salcianu Elite. We offer an elite-level training program, plus recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes for both women and men. We also hold fun and safe open gym times (for all ages ranging from toddlers to adults), birthday parties, and spring/summer/winter camps, as well as many other activities throughout the year.

The Academy of Gymnastics & Dance is built on a philosophy of fun and excellence. We believe every child has the ability to strive for and reach their athletic potential while learning incredibly valuable life skills, such as time management, getting along with adults and teammates, setting goals, and working hard to overcome challenges. Because we are a USA National Team Training Center, our training process covers the spectrum, including Elite training opportunities. 

The Academy of Gymnastics & Dance, is also the co-originator and home of the renowned Make It Right Gymnastics Camp—the most popular and effective accelerated training camp for athletes and their coaches in the country, featuring USA National Team Training Staff on every event. 

Ultimately, our philosophy is quite simple—provide the best training practices and information possible, in a fun environment that nurtures and challenges young athletes to demand the best from themselves.
