Policies

Membership fee

A non-refundable Membership Fee of $60 is collected upon Registration and at the anniversary of enrollment each year. Membership is required for enrollment in monthly classes. Members enjoy discounts on open gym and other special events. Membership is good for one year from the date of Registration.

Make-up classes

We offer one make-up class per session, subject to availability of the class. 

Make-up classes must be scheduled within 24 hours of the missed class and is limited to the session in which the class was missed. Students must be enrolled in the current session to be eligible for a make-up class.

drop policy

Members wishing to drop their children from gymnastics classes must notify Salcianu Elite Academy of Gymnastics office by submitting a Drop Request prior to the beginning of a new session. For our Customers' security and privacy, this is the only drop method honored. Once tuition has been drafted, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Cancelled classes

Salcianu Elite Academy of Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment and to modify classes and class schedules as necessary. From time to time, it may be necessary to cancel classes due to a holiday or a schedule conflict with a gymnastics meet. In these instances, affected students may be enrolled in an extra make-up class, subject to class availability.

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child enrolled are eligible for a 10% sibling discount, credited toward each additional child's tuition per session.

Tuition Payment

Tuition payment is due prior to the beginning of each session. Account payments submitted after the start of the session are considered late, and are assessed a $15 Late Fee. Accounts with an unpaid balance as of the last day of the first week in the session, will be removed from the class roll, and another student may fill the spot in the class. A $25 fee is charged on all returned checks. Autopay customers with a declined payment are subject to a late fee. Past due accounts must be brought current immediately and may be subject to additional fees and collection activity. 

Overdue Payments

A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to all overdue accounts. Past due account holders are also liable for any collection fees and/or legal fees incurred in the collection process.

Open Gym & PNO

Open Gym participants must be at least 5 years of age and potty trained to attend either Parents’ Night Out or Open Gym.
